The day began with a promise of nice weather, for a change. The promise was only half realized. The temperature was up near to the 70F mark, (21C.) But, there was a continual procession of clouds flowing in from the west. So, whatever rays that were sent down by the solar flare were repeatedly interrupted. There was also a peripatetic wind that varied from 7mph to 15mph gusts. This took the pleasantness from the variable spates of warmth.
I completed the cleaning of both refrigerators and they are ready to be left empty without fear of creating a stink. I have also disabled both vehicles and put fuel stabilizer in the tanks.
Tomorrow, I will empty the composting toilet for the final time. I will be leaving it nearly as clean as when I first installed it.
I am anxious to get going. I have checked the flights and everything seems to be set. However, what with airplanes falling apart left and right, one never knows until one lands at the end of the journey, that one has been successfully transported.
